Before Muhammad no true prophet that I am aware of dismissed previous revelation.

For example, no true prophet or his followers taught, “The books of Moses have become corrupted. Don’t read them. I’ll set the record straight. ”
The prophet Isaiah never questioned the reliability of previously revealed Scripture that existed in his day. He did not replace the books of Moses with his revelation.
King David never questioned the authenticity of the Scriptures in his day.
Jesus never questioned the authenticity or truth of the Scriptures in His day. In fact, the Old Testament Scriptures are part of the Scriptures of Jesus’ followers today.
Muhammad was therefore unlike any prophet who ever came before. His followers are unlike any other previous followers of the one true God, because they do not read as Scripture Moses, the prophets or the Psalms.
Furthermore, many Muslims to this day are guilty of tampering with the Scriptures (tahrif). Let me explain.
The Gospel of Barnabas is Evidence of Corruption (Tahrif)
For centuries Muslims have been offering the Gospel of Barnabas as proof that the Christian Scriptures were corrupted. However, it is nearly certain that this “gospel” was written by a Morisco in the 16th century.1
Presenting a 16th century work to disprove Matthew, Mark, Luke and John is corruption.
Islam stands on the wrong side of the truth and history, because Muslims add to Scripture (Gospel of Barnabas) and subtract from Scripture (omitting previous revelation).
Can Muhammad be a true prophet of God, since his message of corruption and omission of previously established revelation is unlike any other true prophet?
I invite you to read the true gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

If you can’t understand Allah(trueGOD) today, wait the day you die you shall know but it will not benefit you.
Faiswal,
Thank you for taking the time to comment about matters of such great importance (God, death and judgment). The Good News is the fact that Jesus has died and has risen from the dead. Jesus’ tomb is empty. Muhammad’s tomb is not. We don’t have to wait to learn about what God has already done and revealed in history. Jesus chose the Apostle Peter, who preached,
I pray you would read the Christian Scriptures. A good place to begin is the gospel of Matthew.
I think Christians have to be grateful for Muslims because without Islam and the prophet of Islam 75% of people on earth would have thought that Jesus was a bastard and virgin marry (god forbids) is nothing but a whore.
